From the First Project to 100+ Completed
GREAT START BILD was founded in 2021 in Tashkent as a full-cycle construction contractor. Since then, the company has delivered more than 100 projects — from residential complexes in the Tashkent City district to infrastructure works on Uchuvchilar Street.
We work as a general contractor: civil construction, reconstruction, capital repair, and infrastructure works under a single contract. This eliminates the coordination gaps between contractors that are the most common cause of schedule slippage on site.
The company's team is 20+ certified specialists: engineers, site supervisors, estimators, and occupational safety officers. Our own equipment fleet and standing crews let us begin work without waiting on subcontractors and hold a single schedule from start to handover.
