Contract with Fixed Deadlines
The contract fixes price, phased schedule, penalties for deadline violations, and the acceptance procedure for each stage.

Design Documentation per Uzbekistan Standards
If not provided by the client, we arrange its development or engage accredited designers. Verified against Uzbekistan construction norms before work begins.

Construction Works Execution
Work follows the approved schedule. The site supervisor records daily progress. Interim completion acts are signed at the end of each stage.

Quality Control & Testing
Laboratory tests on materials and structures at all key stages. Independent technical supervision by the client is welcomed.

Project Handover & Final Acts
Handed over with a full set of as-built documentation. KS-2 and KS-3 acts are signed. We accompany the project through government oversight acceptance.
